This one is easy as well, honestly I don't have a least favorite. I like to fight/pick monsters that are appropriate to the situation the characters are in. Mainly if it is an appropriate challenge for them or not, I will randomly throw monsters in that don't fit in the location exactly but the players I've had usually enjoy the randomness of it.
